The Tanoa Outbreak (Ravage Mod)

Description
The Tanoa Outbreak is a single player surival scenario that uses Ravage Mod and a combination of scripts to create a unique experience for players. (Make sure to read all details below to prevent issues or confusion) if you have any questions or need help feel free to ask.

BackStory- You are a NATO Co-pilot who has crashed on a small island south of the Mainland the pilot is dead and the heli is destroyed your only chance for survival is to swim to the main island and try to get in contact with NATO HQ but you soon find out its not going to be that easy to get off this forsaken island.

For the best experience players should avoid running a large number of mods and should also avoid running any unessecery backround programs as this could cause crashing or low frame rates. Players should also avoid using any other AI behavior changing mod if running the Vcom A! mod. as this will cause conflicts. If players want vehicles to consume more fuel its recommened to run the Fox fuel mod link is down below with other optional mods, Ravage Apex disables artificial lights and autofueling along with a few config changes.


Scenario Features and mods listed below.
1.Tasks to Complete with Rewards, (Make sure to read task descriptions)
2.Readable Intel Documents to gather some are Task related some are not and up to player to find.
3.Roaming AI Raiders Independent, Opfor and Renegades
4.Friendly Trader zone on map to FInd.
5.Radioactive Zones and Rainfall make it a priority to find a geiger counter, Antirads and protective gear
6.Zombie Walkers&Runners (Bolters Spawn at night)
7.Day and night Cycle timeAcceleration set to x4
8.Dynamic Weather system with the Thunderbolt scirpt
9.Zombies drop basic loot such as flares and banknotes
10.Hand placed wrecks in certain locations with possible loot. (Keep an eye out for them)
11.Random hostile vehicle patrols
12.Mine Detectors will now track zombie position aswell as mines. (useful for at night) press ] to activate once you have a detector.

13. Players can be affected by the weather as it starts to become cold around 4pm and last until 9am as a player starts to freeze he will begin to shake and eventaully loose health if you let it go on to long you will not beable to run then eventually die from sickness. Players have a few options to combat this by building a fire finding shelter or by wearing warm clothing, If a player starts to become cold or sick a message will appear on screen.

14.Players can attach explosives to almost any object or surface.

15.AI and ravage loot system now use a variety of CUP, Breaking point and vanilla weapons/Gear.

16. Ballistic Wind Simulation effects both Player and AI projectiles depending on Wind speed and Direction.

Dynamic Simulation is enabled for Hand placed AI at task locations thus improving performance as these AI will only become active once the player gets within roughly 720 meters of them.

Scripts used in Scenario
1.Thunderbolt script- adds storm clouds rain droplets on screen, puddles will form on the groud more intense lightining/thunder, plus more and is dependent on in game weather changes. Created by ALIAScartoons

2. Strigoi script adds a pretty unique anomamly perfect for Tanoa more info in game. Created by ALIAScartoons

3. ZombieMotionDetectorScript. Allows players to use a minedetector to display nearby zombies. Zeds will be displayed on minedetector screen as a red dot the closer they get the louder it will beep this is helpful during nighttime as prevent sneak attacks from behind. Created by mrcurry.

4. AttachExplosice Script- Allows players to pick up rotate and attach explosives to almost any surface or object.

5. Detrimental Weather Script. This scripts adds the ability for players tom become sick due to cold night and or heavy rain, on screen messages will display wether or not your healthy, Getting cold, Freezing and or becoming sick. Players can combat these effects by building a fire finding shelter in a building/Vehicle or by wearing warm uniforms.

6. Zombie loot script allows zombies to drop banknotes and a few other items. Created by GEORGE FLOROS GR

Is it a known issue that helicopter patrols can bug out and just hover in the air indefinitely? Or can it be a conflicting mod (e.g. I'm using Real Engine and Dynamic Camo System).

I can't get the Dogtags task to finish, collected the tag, everyone is dead..is there more than one tag other than the one in the cooler box in the ruins?

Just want to let everyone know I am an idiot. They don't show up in the ai inventory, they literally drop on the ground as a small package (the size of a pack of cigs), that you have to put your crosshairs on to pick up.

Ai and zombies are not dropping antibiotics. Load up the arsenal, and there are no antibiotics in any of the categories (just antirads). I don't even get an option to loot any of the zombies; and I killed a ton of them to check. Everytime I get an infection, it is basically game-over.

Is there anything special you have to do to get the officer to come to the airport? I get a message he's on his way but he never arrives. Can't kill him if he's not there. Do any of the other tasks have to be completed before assigning this task?

Seems like you accumulate too much radiation damage just getting from the crash site to the first objective.

Is it playable without Breaking Point Weapons Mod since its highly incompatible with serveral other weapon mods, especially rhs
