Thus far, the game is beautiful. The graphics are beautiful and things run smoothly, no issues at all. Popped in a Xbox One controller and everything went well!

Now content wise, whether you like to admit it or not, Assassin's Creed III brought the end of an era for Assassin's Creed games, and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag would begin to change the way Ubisoft went about this franchise. Love it or hate it (I LOVE this AC game most, it is my favorite don't @ me), it is important to the series and to see it having been remastered just really warmed my heart considering the probably.... four playthroughs and one almost fully complete 100% sync on Xbox 360 I did. I just love it. I love Connor, I LOVE Haytham, I love the story and who these characters are and I just hope that others get some joy from this game being remastered to run better and more beautifully on faster machines.

For those of us who really loved this game (seems that's not a lot of us), it is like a present from Ubisoft to us. Anyways, is it worth $39.99? Well considering it was released originally in 2012 and this includes all DLC and the full remaster of Assassin's Creed Liberation... yeah. It is worth it. But I am biased in that area. I got it because I bought the Gold Edition of Assassin's Creed Odyssey and have loved that game too. But it's nice to come back to AC3 and listen to Adrian Hough as Haytham and Noah Watts as Ratonhnhaké:ton.
