Racing games are rarely compared to movies, but parallels can be made here. Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo is such a great art house about the love of cars. The Criterion’s Need for Speed and the Driver series are a quick hit with crashes and flips. GRID 2 is a colorful blockbuster about the competition. As in any blockbuster, realism is slightly sacrificed in favor of spectacle. But let here and there are no statistics of tire wear, Ferrari FXX, a view from the cab and «Northern Loop», but there are beautiful and unpredictable races.
