Very Batman, much wow

Very addictive for such a simple concept.

How can something so simple be so addictive?

Honestly, nothing spectacular after having played the first couple of missions in the campaign. I regularly run into black screen issues in the game upon continuing the campaign and requires a restart once-twice to fix it. The mechs are just tanks with slow movement, Company of Heroes offers better gameplay in this regard.

I used to have friend - let's call him Alex - who was a great pal. Really funny dude. He told me to buy this game and play it with him. Alex used to tell the greatest jokes man, I tell ya. Anyways, Alex loads up this game. "Let's add collison" he says. Alex was always a great sport. "It adds to the immersion" he said.

I played the first Door Kickers religiously and spent hours just creating single plans which essentially made it so I didn't have to micromanage my units after having pressed start, but could just watch my masterplan unfold. Door Kickers 2 is different because it has added complexity levels with explosives, suppressive fire, concealment etc, which makes it way more optimal to adjust on the go. This is not necessarily a bad thing, it is still great fun, but it changes how you could originally play the first one.
