So, this is the EDITED review, since I wrote it in like 2015, and I was younger.

I'm gonna write a review that isn't exaggerated because seriously, I have seen some games in my life. Half-Life, Star Wars Battlefront II (2005), Call of Duty Modern Warfare, even Overwatch. But this Portal mod takes the cake on how a game can be so well made if people put in enough effort. Every aspect of it screams "Well Made". The fact that you start in 1952, it adds the immersion on how you're a 50's citizen in the middle of Michigan, possibly Detroit, ready to start the night with the test, and the first tme I played, I did use cheats because well... It was BEFORE the update with the easier tests, and even that I chose to use cheats until I actually got better. I even beat the evil first test in Chapter 3.

These are one of the experiences that you get so immersed, and the story makes you think that you are actually in Aperture. It makes you feel you're running for your life. The end was amazing, a little backstory before Chell woke up, and the unbelievable program change with the turrets. I can't believe you developers are making a VR game, and it might as well be out because I wrote the old review years ago and I think it was announced back then. After all these years, with the announcment of Fallut 76, Black Ops 4, all of that and the games announced in 2018 to '17, this game still shines as the pure role model of what a Source mod should be.

Congrats on the work, hope you make more games/mods with the best story to our favorite testing facilities.
