College Bowl is the kind of game that makes you wonder if the devs found an old NES cartridge in a basement and said: "Yeah, let’s give this a scholarship."

The ball moves like it’s late for class, the scoreboard looks like it was coded during a caffeine overdose, and every match feels like Space Invaders but with GPA pressure.

It’s chaotic, it’s clunky, and it’s absolutely glorious, like playing Tecmo Bowl after someone spilled Mountain Dew on the cartridge.
