Back than Nvidia wasn't too keen about sharing access to technology with AMD.
But newer modules do indeed allow the use of Freesync
Vsync and Fastsync don't seem to make a difference
Just use Free Sync, Works with Nvidia aswell
I use Samsung CHG49 and Nvidia RTX 3070
