I am genereral Artyom Orlov of the RCSN, and I bid you welcome, to the Headquarters of the RCSN.
With our powerful weaponry, we aim to bring everlasting peace. With our superior technology, we aim to ressurect the civilization.
It is not easy being heroes these days, but communism has a way of brining people together.
We hoped for that the communism will be the future, but I am afraid that communism is only but the present.
When you are dealing with a basic society, it is easy to maintain an ideology as a rule. It can even be helpful. That's why we stuck to the communist precepts. But as society grows, change is inevitable. We've had to implement a few... changes. Relax the doctrine, and that's how the RCSN has been created.
Although, this has also caused a crack in our perfect state...
Fundamentalist... People who consider a doctrine to be an absolute, rather than a means have always been a problem, and they will be.
They call themselves the Bolsheviks, military insurrects, they want the communist ideals to be above everything else.
In our situation, a mistake could prove fatal.

We are trying to recruit people who agree with our doctrine, and will prove useful during its defence.

We are the RCSN.
We are brothers in arms.
We leave no man behind.
We obey the doctrine, but are not afraid of change.
