FIX IT, OR REMOVE IT.

I have been fallouting since windows 95, got 3 during my time with XP and & wound up on 7, then 10 and despite my original out of the box cd and trying the GOG version of GOTY edition, Fallout 3 would launch, every time, and I could play it for 5 hours or 5 seconds before it would freeze, only way out was a hard reset of the PC, i followed benwah's guide, nothing worked, finally said the hell with it, but am on Win 11 now and other games that gave some slight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ here and there suddenly straighened up...

bought it went to load it, didnt load, went on Bethesda support followed thier "compatibility mode" steps still didnt open, If you want to play this game go buy a Xbox360 or PS3 and a copy of the game because unless your PC is from 2009 and is running on XP the game wont load,...

No mods. ThreeDog voice sounds okay but music is crackling. Any fixes? upd: found ingame fix. If enter menu it can be randomly fixed. But after entering menu again it will bugged again.
