If you are looking for a new MMO then this is a good choice. Combat is quite satisfying and being a healer is easy enough without the need for mods. There are some glaring issues though, mainly that there is little to no end game content and the leadup to endgame is very grindy.
Getting picked for pvp seems to be a popularity contest rather than who's got the best gear so its a case of who you know, not what you can do.

Unfortunately there just isn't that much to do once you have explored the various regions. The lore makes little to no sense so following what little of a storeline there is ends up kinda pointless as you just won't give a toss.

But if what you are looking for is just a new MMO to satisfy the grind itch then this could be it, if you are looking for anything else then I couldn't recommend it.

Despite it's rocky launch and the minor bugs that are still present in the game, this is a must play game if you like the open world genre. Starting as either Nomad, Street Kid or Corpo have enough differences to them that doing multiple playthroughs is enjoyable to get all the different endings. The voice acting is also top notch which makes the game feel really immersive.

However, there are still small issues with the game, not game breaking but still issues.
e.g. I was clearing a NCPD side missions when suddenly a huge truck fell from the sky and landed on the enemies. The game tends to spawn humans and cars around the player, but in this case, the vehicle spawn in the sky.

Enemies will sometimes clip through the floor or buildings meaning you can no longer kill them due to the collision detection of the object they clipped through. Pickups with all sometimes do this resulting in you not being able to pick the item up.

Navigating the long list of shards/messages you pick up as the game progresses is abysmal.
In fact, most of the menu system could do with a re-think.

However, despite all these issues/faults, I would still recommend you pick the game up.
Just be prepared to run it at a lower graphics settings than you are used to as this is one beast of a game!

I've been playing this game for a while now and have yet to be bored with it. The combat is good fun, easy enough to pick up and deep enough to keep me wanting to play more to master the different weapon styles.

You can create some very interesting looking character builds, either just slapping together whatever looks cool or what I do and create some historical characters (Viking = chain mail medium armour, arming sword, targe shield, or Templar Knight = full plate heavy armour with white tabard, long/great sword etc etc)

Mordhau has various game modes including Frontline, Skirmish, Horde, Battle Royal and others. Unfortunately, although this game is still has a massive player base (especially for such a niche game), players seem to have migrated away from modes like Skirmish (my favorite mode), BR etc and moved towards Frontline. Frontline is a great mode but it was nice to have the other options.

There is no in-game voice chat from what I have seen which judging from the general text chat, is a good thing (although it can be tear jerkingly funny at times).

Conclusion: worth picking up, even if it's just to get some practice in for when Chivalry 2 comes out!!!

There is a lot of political stuff going round about this game, however the big question is, is it a good game?
Simple answer, yes and if you like your fighters then you should get it.

The Good:
-The combat is clean, responsive and gory as ever.
-Performing combos/juggles works very well.
-X-Rays are now limited to one per round thank God.
-A quick helpful tutorial which will provide simple combos for new players.
-Story mode is amazing (as was FF9 and FFX).
-MK11 showers you with coins for the Krypt so although there is a little bit of grind, there isn't too much.
-Lot's of extra bits for those of us who love the MK lore.
-YOU CAN PLAY AS SHAO MF'in KHAN!!
-There are a hell of a lot of customisations for each character. These include the normal skin plus 3 slots to change gear like Cassie Cage's gun, sunglasses and something else (really can't remember what it was now).
-Most importantly, the game is fun.

The Bad:
-This game seems to want you to be running a PC that has the processing power of Deep Thought (42).
-Oddly, MK11 does let me use my fight stick to navigate menus and battle with but it thinks it's a XboxOne pad so I have to unplug it and connect my Control Pad when trying to walk around the Krypt. I don't know if this is an issue with the game or if it's just because it's an old arcade stick (MadCatz Street Fighter IV Fight Stick) but it is a pain.
-Online seems a little jittery but that might be my PC.
-The game has to be online in order to work it seems. I've been most of the way through a survivor ladder which is single player and then suddenly the game loses connection to the server and closes the client. Why? It's the single player mode...

The Ugly:
-The politics revolving around the game. MK has always had controversies but the current ones just seem silly.
-Some of the skins and customisable gear of each character are a bit bland. Some look good, others look...meh

It also looks like this game connects to the old Mortal Kombat mobile game. I'm not sure what advantages this brings but I would assume it would be the same as in MKX where you get a selection of skins.

As much as I don't like what is going on with Borderlands 3 and The Epic Store, that drama should not detract you from playing this game. You should always take on board peoples criticisms of any products you are thinking of purchasing but when the comment is just "♥♥♥♥ Epic" then just ignore it.

This game is good fun and a decent shooter. It does have it's cons and it is a bit dated but it's still good fun and the recent update helps a lot.

The plot line is...well, not the greatest and the NPC characters are forgettable but that is easily offset but the great location/world that was built here for you to roam around and have a blast in. I just wished it was a bit more populated with content (something BL2 successfully managed to remedy).

Either way, good game. Worth picking up, especially in a sale.

Just Cause 3 = Human Nuclear Missile Simulator
The games good and follows the same principles as the previous games.
Go from town to town blowing ♥♥♥♥ up in order to free each area whilst occasionally looking at the side missions, collectables and maybe the main story along the way.

I really do recommend it...but... it's just not as good as Just Cause 2

Amazing series
The world and it's characters are well fleshed out
The plot is amazing
The jokes are actually funny (although a couple in the third game are a little questionable)

If you like point n clicks, this is a must

That ending though...

Amazing game.
Always has been, always will be.

The updated visuals are a nice touch but the original graphics are just classic. Switching between the two is a very nice feature.

Everything that could be said about this game has been said about this game.

It's great, go buy it (although, feel free to skip DS2 as its completely separate from the other two games)

The only thing that I would like to add is that the game doesn't end when you have finished it. Get yourself onto YouTube or DarkSouls fan-sites/Reddits and read up about the lore. From the very first game to this one, the game is jammed packed full of lore if you are willing to look for it and have the ability to peice it together and decipher it.

Doing this adds a massive amount to the DarkSouls games
