Landmarks of Legend

Beskrivning
OVERVIEW
Landmarks of Legend adds many landmarks to locations all over the Warhammer world, with some landmarks granting access to special units and Regiments of Renown.

Currently, there are landmarks for the following factions:
- Grand Cathay
- Kislev
- Khorne
- Slaanesh
- Nurgle
- Tzeentch
- Ogre Kingdoms
- Legion of Chaos
- The Empire
- Vampire Counts
- Skaven
- Bretonnia
- Tomb Kings
- Greenskins
- Dwarfs
- Wood Elves
- High Elves
- Dark Elves
- Lizardmen
- Beastmen
- Norsca
- Warriors of Chaos
- Vampire Coast
- Chaos Dwarfs

FEATURES
- Over 200 landmarks
- Over 80 special units/RoRs
- All custom units can be disabled if you have MCT enabled
- Custom unit cards and landmark icons
- Custom settlement icons for Wei Jin and Zharr Nagrund
- New models for most Norscan Monster Hunt bosses
- Legendary Lords & Heroes if you have the Heroes of Legends mod enabled


<<NOTICE>>
- Place Mixu's Unlocker above this mod (if you are using it)

- This mod will work fine without the Unlocker but you will lose the ability to build a large number of landmarks.

- Heroes of Legend is a companion mod that implements new Legendary Lords and Heroes recruited from landmarks and is meant to be used in conjunction with this mod

- Many landmarks from the WH2 mod "Landmarks of the Old World" have been integrated into this one

- If you have MCT enabled, then you can disable specific units or all units added in this mod if you want to. This does NOT mean MCT is required to run this mod.

- The spreadsheet has a column called "Status" when you scroll right, which will tell you if a landmark is currently in-game (listed as "Implemented") or if it isn't yet (listed as "Planned")

- If you encounter a crash, please check if the crash occurs when it's just this mod enabled (and the Unlocker if you use it).

- If a crash occurs or content from new updates are not working, unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod should fix it.

- If you encounter any bugs, typos, etc, please post them in the Bug Report discussion.

- This mod works with The Old World mod by ChaosRobie.

F.A.Q
Do you need to start a new game for these changes to appear?
- No, but some scripted effects (like granting an ancillary) will not work.

Is this compatible with Immortal Landmarks?
- Yes. it should work fine as long as you place it above this mod (weird issue that I don't have a fix for). Thanks to Faleg for reporting this.
EDIT: it seems the issue has fixed itself. You can place my mod and Immortal Landmarks in any order you like.

SFO?
- If you intend to play this mod with SFO then use the SFO submod listed below

Will the AI build these landmarks/Will the AI recruit these units?
- Yes to both but AI recruitment of units can also be disabled if you have MCT enabled


FUTURE PLANS
- Rework/rebalance older landmarks, icons and units [Current Focus]

- Continue adding landmarks (leave any suggestions on the appropriate discussion page).

I don't believe there is anything in this mod that gives Dwarfs access to vanilla empire units.
Hello The_Inquisitor ! I really enjoy your mod. All these landmarks are really cool and add flavour to provinces.

I have encountered a weird behavior where some vanilla generic Empire units appears in the Dwarfs tech tree. I have put details in the Bug Report discussion. Is it intentional because a landmark gives you access to them or maybe a bug ?

This mod seems to remove garrison units from buildings granted by mods such as Tailored Garrisons and Greater Garrisons. What would cause this? This seems to affect at least the Vampire Counts.

have same issue, desync in multiplayer but i think its because of this mod with Legendary Characters because alone both of them work

I've experimented with doing some stuff to fix that but none of those have really worked well, so I have no plans atm.

They appear on my end. Are you sure you have Mixu's Unlocker enabled?
