remove dead branch if you have black hole because if you have black hole+dead branch you can play an infinite amount of cards

There are a bird boss and a totem boss, you can fight the same totem boss in Battle Towers mod.

Thanks for adding a softlock abort on Do While.
I decided to play "Do While" into an upgraded Double Energy, and.... yeah....
I now have 999 energy, but with the minor inconvenience of 202 Dazed (thanks Hex).
