All changes from the Commander Revamp and USF Tech Tree Redesign game-update are implemented:

A few exceptions/adjustments are made while merging with this mod:

USF:
- US tier 1 and 2 redesigned
- 'Elite vehicle crew' upgrade added to the Battalion Command Post
- Cavalry Riflemen merged with the new vanilla unit.
- The 'Mechanized Group' is replaced with 'Elite Vehicle Crew'.

OKW:
- 223 scout car merged into the new 221 armored car with an upgrade to 223.
- The 221 passive unlock is replaced with a 'Reconnaissance Team'.
- 'Emergency Repairs' upgrade moved to HQ

Soviets:
- New unit: Commissar Command Squad
- New ability 'Anti-Tank Overwatch' added to the Air Support General
- 'Scorched Earth & Booby traps' upgrade added to the HQ
- Demolition Engineers can now plant 'Booby traps' and 'Scorched Earth traps'
- Combat Engineers can only plant 'Booby traps'
- New upgrade 'Converted to Forward Headquarters' added to the Field Camp.
(The Field Camp was previous called 'Medic tent')

- Wehrmacht:
- The 250 Halftrack only gets the MG42 while in Lockdown
- The 250 Halftrack call-in is replaced with a 'Mechanized Tank Hunter Division.
- The Puma passive unlock is replaced with a 'Mechanized Tank Hunter Division.

- UKF
- 'Mills bomb unlock' transformed to 'Grenade package' which also unlocks the Royal Engineers 'HEAT Grenade'.

Global:
- Airborne/Fallschirm/Partisan HQ's have reduced hp, from 1000/1250 to 800
- AI's unit choice tweaked

US:
- Paratroopers have a new ability 'Sprint'

Global:
- All types of assault grenades are refundable again.

Fourth Anniversary Update!

US:
- New Structure: Medic station renewed for the USF!! The original vCoH Medic Station is added with all animations included!!
> Small change: Once enough infantrymen have been collected the player will be able to choose between Riflemen and Cavalry Riflemen to spawn (not automatic). You have to pay a little for their new weapons.

Wehrmacht:
- New Structure: Medic Bunker for the Wehrmacht!! Like the vCoH Medic Bunker.
> Small change: when enough wounded infantry men are retrieved the player will be able to choose between Grenadiers to spawn or to withdraw them in exchange for manpower.
- New icon + symbol for the Tiger Ace
- The Tiger Ace can be called-in again after using Transfer Orders

OKW:
- New upgrade: 'Defensive Package' for the King Tiger. Increases durability and unlocks Smoke.
- New Unit: Panzerjäger! A brand new AT infantry unit with unique upgrades and abilities!
- Opel Blitz Munitions Truck moved to HQ and goliath removed from HQ.
- Luftwaffe Ground Squad costs reduced from 360 to 300. 'Model 24 Grenade' replaced with 'Bundled Model 24 Grenades Assault'. Ability 'Air-Dropped Medical Supplies' added.
- Canceling HQ trucks (British and OKW) in setup while not in combat will re-spawn the truck
- Flammpanzer Hetzer has no CP requirement anymore.

OKW/Wehrmacht:
- Concrete structures provide more protection for garrisoned squads
- Concrete mortar bunker has increased armor from 40 to 50
- Medic upgrade removed from the concrete bunker

British:
- 'Designate Command Vehicle' ability moved to the Platoon Command Post
- Hammer and Anvil upgrades costs reduced to 200/40, but the second upgrade costs increased to 200/70.

Soviet:
- Change for 'RPG-40 Anti Tank Grenade Assault': Max 4 conscript soldiers will throw an AT-Grenade. Cooldown increased to 60.

Global:
- The AI will build more support units (tanks + team-weapons)
- Upgrades in commanders are replaced with a 25% discount for the corresponding upgrade!
- Many research upgrades in the HQ's have re-balanced costs
- US/OKW/Soviet forwards HQ's have much lower costs (no fuel and less manpower) and now require one tier structure to be build.
- AT-rifles no longer deal damage on deflection. Guards, Tank Hunter Sections and PTRS Partisans now have an increased penetration on vet 2.

Bug fixes:
- Fixed the 'Mini Balance Update' changes as far as possible based on the patch notes
- Attached soldiers will only activate their bonuses on the original squad, not on captured team weapons
- Soviet HQ's deform fixed
- Volksgrenadiers veterancy bonuses fixed
- Soviet tank traps space increased to avoid infantry getting stuck > enough?
- The AI should now build fuel/ammo caches.
- Schwerer HQ holds fire while 'Become Mobile' is active
- 'Stuka zu Fuss' cooldown will no longer be reset after de-crew
- Assault grenades (all variants) are now longer refundable. They could be canceled after throwing 2 grenades without triggering the cooldown.

OKW:
- Sws trucks must now be bought per HQ-type. Each HQ can become mobile again after setup!
- Self destruct ability is removed from the HQ's to make room for the new 'Become mobile' ability
- New upgrade '2x G43 Scoped rifles' added to Jaeger Light Infantry

Brits:
- Brit Mobile Command Centre can also become mobile after setup!

Global:
- New icons + portraits for German, OKW and Soviet Vehicle Crew

Bugs fixed:
- Rear Echelon 'Wire Cutters' ability can be unlocked
- Paratroopers can no longer buy the sergeant when researching the medic
- Halftrack groups require popcap for their squad in hold
- M21 Mortar Half-track smoke barrage ability fixed
- Volksgrenadier 'Assault Package' upgrade requires to be in friendly territory
- Infantry section T-pose is possibly fixed, I haven't seen it after making some changes

- Fixed: Soviet HQ structures unlocked the next tier before the construction was completed and could be canceled.

Soviet
- To avoid conflicts with the new Commissar from the upcoming commander revamp, the Commissar is renamed to: Pozharsky, Sergeant. Uses the model from the campaign character!

Wehrmacht
- Volkssturm costs increased to 240
- Unteroffizier buffs slightly reduced, new:
received suppresion *0,8; reload time *0,9; accuracy *1,1

- Recovery Halftrack has no preset skin anymore

Global
- These special tanks can now toggle between preset and custom skins before building them:
* Panther V Command tank
* Panzer IV Command tank
* Tiger Ace
* Elite Red Banner

Fixed glitches
- Tank upgrades which require veterancy will be removed when you crew them without veterancy
* Pershing: armor
* Churchill: armor
* Stug E: HEAT shells
* Panzer IV F1: F2 gun

- The Red Banner tank can only be unlocked when a T34 gets vet 1, not after crewing it with vet 1

Fixed bugs
- Wehrmacht AT rifle-grenade aim time and animation fixed
- ZIS Truck armor reduced from 20 to 7
- The AI will now produce more tanks in late game

- Stug E has a new upgrade "HEAT Shells" at vet 1. Unlocks a new toggle ability, but replaces "Target weak point"
- Stug E now has the ability "Prioritize Vehicles"

US:
- Major costs decreased from 120/240 to 80/200
- New upgrade "Chrysler Defense Arsenal" added to the Battalion Command Post to unlock the more powerful tanks, costs 45/120
- M10 Wolverine increases max speed at vet 1

British :
- 3in SPM M10 Mk I increases armor penetration at vet 1

Bug fixes:
- Stug G recovered vehicle no longer can buy the top gunner and spotting scope twice

Bug fixes:
- Medic behavior improved: they will no longer heal the same squadmember.
- Bren now costs 45
- OKW Fallschirmjägers no longer have the requirement "Battle Phase 1" on their panzershreck upgrade
- Luftwaffe Terror Officer can no longer use Incendiary Bombing Run on enemy HQ sector
- Brit AI can no longer get the Command Truck and the Mobile Command Centre at the same time

- The Abwehr building is removed because it didn't fit in the original teching. All included content still exists and it is spread over the other structures. Some other units are also moved to make each building equally valuable.

- Mechanized Assault Group cost from 30/490 to 30/440
- Panzer IV Ausf F1 cost from 90/320 to 80/300 and minor movement buff

Global:
- Allied Reindforcements, required available popcap from 20 to 35 to avoid not getting the last unit.
- All Forward HQ's now require 4 CP
- Improved weapon symbols made by Kasarov
- Improved recon ability icons made by Osinyagov

Spring Balance Patch is merged. Some changes are intentionally not merged:
- Vet 3 of indirect fire units keeps increased range
- Soviet Sniper Team are still at two men (or women)
- Tiger Ace is still 800 mp, without the 150 fuel
- AT Section can still upgrade Medkits/Pyro supplies

Bug fixes:
- Incendiary grenades requirement fixed
- 'Jeep' is now called WC51
- Fallschirmjagers will keep their FG-42's after reinforcing
- Brit and OKW HQ Trucks no longer try to drive to the center of the base
- Soviet tier buildings only have to be build once to unlock T3 and T4, previous they required the buildings to be present.
