Hotfix,
- Conscript Mosin-Nagant damage nerf from last patch is reverted
- Partisan Sprint now requires vet 1
- Partisan RGD-33 Grenades now require the Grenade Package
- Red Banner HP lowered from 880 to 800
- Reconnaissance and Tank Hunter Section cover bonus was not applied correctly
- 25pdr emplacement tracking cone from 15 to 10 degrees, in line with other howitzers
- HM-38 Barrage reload time from 3.25 to 5.175; Vet 3 range from +33% to +20%
- Hard and Expert AI slightly tweaked to be less overwhelming with tanks
- M16 and M17 AA Half-tracks delayed for AI

The previous patch applied a huge infantry balance pass. This patch contains several tweaks based on feedback and new insights. These are subtle numerical changes again.
In general, dps of squads with 6 members is slightly decreased due to their large salvos. While some expensive 4 men squads have slightly increased dps to help their competitiveness. Semi automatic rifles have been adjusted to be a bit less accurate at long range compared to bolt action rifles.

Miscellaneous changes,
- PIAT Commandos cost from 400 to 370mp
- WASP Flamethrower upgrade cost from 75 to 60 ammo
- Panzerfusilier G43 upgrade adds 2 instead of 3 rifles; cost from 50 to 45
- Panzerfusilier Recon Package changed to Attach Scout; a jäger model equipped with G43
- Forward Assembly added to the Royal Engineer Demolition Team
- Updated portrait for Airborne engineers, thanks to BummKnallPeng
- The Tactical Operations Centre upgrade in HQ shows Recovery Engineers in the preview

Bugfixes,
- British cover bonus did not stack with veterancy (since last patch, my appologies)
- For the Fatherland caused slot items to disappear from infantry
- Assault and Hold did not affect new units after activation
- AVRE did not get its armor upgrade back after recrewing with no vet and regaining the vet

This update includes too many subtle numerical balance changes to write down. Therefor the changelog mentions the changes which affect gameplay and includes a summary of the balance pass.

Artwork,
- Improved portraits and matching icons, credits to @bummknallpeng !

Balance pass summary,
- Snares no longer use RNG criticals; The criticals are now tied to HP thresholds: 80%, 50% and 12% for temporary, light and heavy engine damage.
- Satchel Charges have guaranteed light engine damage below 75%
- Abandoned tanks get guaranteed one critical: main gun destroyed or engine damage
- Weapons have more variants based on infantry cost and role; Weapon variants have custom accuracy and damage, all other stats are identical
- Infantry stats rebalanced (Buildtime, population cap, reinforce cost, target size, xp & veterancy bonuses)
- Command point requirements for upgrades tweaked
- Obstacle construction times tweaked based on durability and covertype
- Infantry who can fire LMGs on the moving will no longer prone

USF & UKF Medic squads,
- New upgrade: Combat Medic Equipment; Unlocks smoke grenade and M1 Carbines
- Can move while heal is active; weapons will be disabled
- Can earn xp and earn shared veterancy

USF & OKW Weapon Specialists,
- Renamed to Maintenance Team and has a new symbol
- Vet 1 unlocks to Medical Supplies instead of Critical Repair

USF:
- Riflemen Anti Tank Rifle Grenade requires Any Mechanized Command Post OR Lieutenant and Captain dispatched

UKF,
- Royal Marine Commandos use Garands instead of Lee Enfields
- Royal Engineer Demolition Team Light Gammon Bomb requires Trench Warfare
- Infiltration Commandos and Royal Marine Commandos require two production buildings instead of any specialization

Soviets,
- New upgrade 'Partisan Supply Operations': Unlocks Snipers, LMG and AT Partisans, Supply truck and weapon upgrades

Wehrmacht,
- Wehrmacht T1 and T2 fuel cost from 15 to 10; BP1 from 30 to 40
- Assault Grenadiers' StG44 Package unlocks 2 instead of 3 rifles, cost from 70 to 60 ammo; IR Package 5CP requirement removed and cost from 50 to 30;

OKW,
- Feuersturm Doctrine, Incendiary Munitions passive is replaced by GrW 42 Mortar Team call-in
- New upgrade: MP40 Submachine Guns added to the Sturm Offizier
- New upgrade: Panzerschreck added to Fallschirmjägers
- New ability: Deploy Goliath added to the Opel Blitz Munitions Truck

Recent patches failed to fix the issue with units getting stuck in the OKW base; This time a more robust solution: OKW HQ redesign!
- More space and better pathing
- New unique weapon rack model
- The generator model is now partially walk-through, provides no cover and is invincible
- [AI only] The le.IG spawns at the map edge

Global improvements,
- HQ abilities can be used if the structure is outside of the playable area (custom maps)
- The Repair ability can be targeted with units who are walking outside of the playable area
- The Repair ability can no longer target structures during construction; This led to infinite repair times
- Partisan infantry use random models again
- Paratroopers with bazookas were missing the first strike bonus indicators
- Jagdtiger vet 5 text mentioned a passive effect which was removed many years ago
- Supply truck animations are improved; Each state is now visible for 12 sec instead of 1 - 4,5
- Beutepanzer skins are applied automatically when subscribed to the skinsets linked in the description; They don't have to be in the loadout anymore
- Code cleanup: many unused references and actions are removed and filters are more specific; Hopefully this improves the performance a bit

- USF M10 vet 3 reload bonus was -35% instead of -20%
- Urban Assault Pioneers had a repair rate of 2 instead of 1,6
- Ania did not have reduced accuracy against retreating infantry
- Partisan Mortar Squad did not show the mortar icon on the minimap
- AI did not use Urban Assault Panzergrenadiers' Satchel Charge
- Many engineer units mentioned the improved repair speed in the wrong veterancy

AI improvements,
- Fixed the bug that caused the AI to stop building units in late game!
- A wider variety of units are used and more upgrades are bought
- Gliders and Airborne Guards paradrops are properly used
- Close/long range units will be used at their effective range and use cover more often
- The AI will no longer walk around units which it never encountered

Balance,
- New AT Mine: Mk. III Mines added to the Demolition Team (same as the Teller Mine)
- Diversion no longer requires the officer to be moving; The squad will draw fire from enemies without attack order
- Handheld flamethrowers use a new damage model: damage is applied slowly during the burst instead of once at the start of the burst
- Trench armor reduced from 35 to 20, equal to the fighting position

Visuals,
- M4 Sherman Calliope renamed to T34 Calliope
- Combat Engineers and Field Engineers names swapped
- More vehicle upgrades change the unit name: IS-2, Pershing, Calliope, Opel Blitz, M3A1 Scout Car, Universal Carrier
