Bug fixes:

- 25pdr Howitzer had 70 seconds longer cooldown than Concentration Barrage, resulting in not firing when using the ability rapidly

Global:
- Plane crashes tweaked:
Explosion radius increased
Damage to infantry greatly reduced; Never instantly kills a full hp squad
The explosion spawns fire for 14 seconds; Be sure to bring your infantry to safety!
All planes now have the same xp value

- Descriptions of all mines adjusted to provide better info about the target types and caused criticals
- Shared veterancy is now also mentioned in unit description when the squad is selected
- Transfer Orders cooldown removed

AI:
- Behavior & build orders tweaked to bring the strength of the different factions more in line with each other
- Soviet AI has now a custom implementation to choose between tier 1 and 2 and then build tier 3. The remaining tiers are build at a later stage

Fixes for the 32bit version of the game:
- Various commander abilities were available without selecting the required commander

- Lend Lease Assault Regiment had 2x Vehicle Crew Repairs, one is changed to Strafing Support

Bug fixes:
- Ability order in Guard Rifle Combined Arms did not match the CP requirements
- SWS truck could get abandoned during self repair
- Defensive Fortifications in HQ did not require 1CP, while the commander passive did
- Valiant Assault, For Mother Russia and Advanced Cover Combat did not affect new units after activation
- Sandbags and a barrel are now properly removed in the USF base instead of destroyed and leaving remains
- Assault guards could pick up a weapon during the bazooka upgrade

- Overal performance greatly improved when playing with AI!
- Lag is fixed!
- Crash is fixed!

Xp gain for tier structures and tech upgrades was highly unbalanced and is now more in line between the factions:
- UKF gains xp for unlocking tier structures and tech upgrades (previously it got nothing at all)
- The Wehrmacht gains xp for unlocking Battle Phases
- OKW and the Soviets gain xp for the upgrade in the last tier

OKW veterancy:
- New formula for veterancy levels
The mod used vanilla veterancy values and it turned out to be very inconsistent with several formulas and very uneven steps.
This update introduces a new formula for all OKW units equally to make the veterancy levels more linear and consistent. The total required xp remains the same. Some levels are achieved a bit earlier, others a bit later.

OKW:
- Volksgrenadier vet 4 additionally reduces Panzerfaust recharge time by 15%; vet 5 heal rate reduced from 0,33 to 0,25
- Urban Assault Pioneers vet 4 additionally reduces received accuracy by 10%; vet 2 received accuracy bonus reduced from -23% to -15%
- Fallschirmtruppe HQ upgrades are now global, meaning they are still unlocked when the building is destroyed and rebuild
- Rapid Response upgrade in the Fallschirmtruppe HQ increases the buildtime of paradropped units by 4x instead of 2x; No longer affects the Luftwaffe ground squad.

Wehrmacht:
- Unterofficer icon polished
- Specials wrecks will be converted into normal variant tanks when recovered (Command Panzer, Command Panther and Tiger Ace)

UKF:
- Mortar Commandos cost from 300mp to 260mp

Soviets:
- Vehicle Crew Self Repair no longer reduces ammo income while active

Bug fixes,
- Air Resupply Operation from the officer could not be activated
- UKF and USF engineer call-ins, which appear when the HQ is destroyed, used the wrong icons
- Flamethrower upgrades on the OKW 251 haltrack and Universal Carrier did not lower veterancy gain by 50%

- Churchill Crocodile could never fire the main gun again after repairing the main gun critical
- M1 Garand fire animation improved
- UI of the Cavalry Riflemen Smoke ability is now the same as the Officer Smoke ability
