Wehrmacht:
- Repair and Recovery truck no longer has debuffs while using its abilities.

Soviet:
- The accuracy of PTRS rifles increased to be more in line with the Panzerbüchse and Boys (No changes to the Guards varaint which was already stronger).

Global:
- Most defenses which required command points now require tech.
- Upgrades which change the gun of a vehicle now cost a little fuel and manpower rather than ammo. (Affects: 221, Panzer IV F1, Valentine, Calliope, Pershing, IS-2)
- Build times and call-in cooldowns for many vehicles tweaked to be more consistent. Times are relative to the unit size.

Bugfixes:
- Some airstrikes could still be used in command sectors.
- Paratroopers from Airborne Support Center have their costs equalized with other abilities from 380 to 360.
- Squads who are constructing buildings now all have increased received accuracy. Most already had this, but some had increased received damage and a few had no debuff at all.

- Howitzers with different veterancy can now use their barrage when selected together. (Bugfix applies to: Katyusha, ML20, B4, leFH18 and 25pdr)
- Many typos in descriptions fixed

Soviets:
- 'Vehicle Self Repair' can be cancelled while in combat

USF:
- Calliope: The pintle gun is now always operational

USF AI:
- Has better behavior with the Calliope & Priest

UKF AI:
- Has better behavior with the Sexton
- Builds less Snipers
- Builds stronger tanks in lategame

Wehrmacht AI:
- Uses less supply drops

Hotfix!

- Fixed the requirements for the Land Mattress and M5 call-ins.

UKF:
- Tier 1 & 2 can be constructed from the start
- Land mattress, M3 & M5 require tier 1 & 2
- The 1st 25pdr howitzer in HQ will spawn when tier 1 & 2 are constructed
- Valentine requires Mobile specialization
- Land Mattress emplacement requires Trench specialization
- Command Truck requires any specialization
- Tier 3 requires any specialization
- All costs tweaked accordingly

USF:
- Assault Engineers: Tripwire Flare replaced with Destroy Cover

AI:
- USF AI: Will tech up faster + Has a bit higher priority to build tank destroyers
- Wehrmacht & Soviet AI: Fixed a bug which prevented both AI factions to construct tier buildings

Changes from the June mini patch merged

Bugfixes:
- Fixed broken achievement "Battlefield Menace" (Build 150 Barbed Wire pieces with Soviets)
- Radio Net was not applied on all tanks
- Breakthrough ability was not applied on all vehicles
- Fixed various weapon animations for the OKW Weapon Specialists
- Range of repair/medic stations was not displayed correctly

Bug fixes:

UKF:
- The Thompson Package on Assault Sections only adds two SMG's to avoid disappearing weapons. Costs from 70 to 50. (Equal to Cavalry Riflemen)
- The size of the minimap icon from the Universal Carrier fixed when owned by non-british factions.
- New icon and hotkey for the Smoke Barrage of the Infantry Section

Wehrmacht:
- Jäger Survival Training can only be bought once
- OKW vehicle will only have 3 vets when owned by the Wehrmacht (After recovering an OKW vehicle)
- Shared timers for Artillery Field officer fixed
- Hull Down description updated

Soviets:
- Broken achievement fixed: "Torched" (Upgrade 30 Penal Battalions with flamethrowers)
- Floating hull accessory on the T-34/76 wreck fixed
- OT-34 and Sherman Crocodile wrecks can no longer be salvaged due to an exploit

USF:
- Riflemen description in the Medic Station fixed

USF:
- Calliope: The toggle ability between the main gun and rockets now requires a new upgrade, costs 50 ammo.

OKW:
- New ability 'Long-range Rocket Attack' added to the Sturmtiger, requires veterancy 1 and costs 45 ammo.
- Sturmtiger can now destroy Barriers from the Bulldozer Sherman with one rocket.
- Ability 'Emergency repairs' added to the Tiger I.

Wehrmacht (partially bugfix):
- Unteroffizier buildtime increased from 20 to 48 sec and reinforcetime reduced from 20 to 12 sec.

Global:
- Cooldown of all satchel charges increased from 30 to 45 sec.
- Call-in abilities with heavy tanks or two vehicles now require some tech. The required structures have to be build once, destroyed structures also count.

Bugfixes:
- Camo wasn't working on the Ammunition Bearer (7th conscript).
- Sturmtiger range modifier at vet 4 was not applied.
- Sherman 105mm wreck always showed a dozer blade.
- Wehrmacht mortar halftrack smoke barrage fired normal shell.
- Mg42 veterancy 2 bonus was applied twice.
- T-34/76 with engine damage could still use 'Ram' in some cases.
- Some duplicated hotkeys changed.

All changes from the Winter Balance patch are merged.
New name "170 added". This is because the British Assault Officer and the Medic were added in the vanilla game and already existed in the mod. There are no units removed :)

OKW:
- MG34 now requires a sWS Supply Half-track to be deployed, instead of a fully constructed HQ
- Emergency repairs added to the Opel Blitz Munitions Truck
- IR Halftrack can now disembark
- Veterancy requirements for Obersoldaten from 800/1600/3200/4256/5320 to 680/1360/2720/3618/4522

Wehrmacht:
- Volksturm and Osttrupen swapped their rifle AT-grenade and panzerfaust abilities
- Searchlight removed because of a bug which nobody knows how to fix

UKF:
- Royal Marine Commandos transformed into long range elite infantry and have Lee enfield rifles instead of stens

Soviet:
- Partisan mortar cost from 180 to 200
- Partisan mg cost from 200 to 220

Global:
- Easy AI is now a bit easier
- Several bugs fixed + many descriptions fixed

- AEC unlock changed to 'Mobile Warfare' and unlocks:
AEC, Mills bomb, Bolster for Infantry Sections

- Bofors unlock changed to 'Trench Warfare' and unlocks:
Bofors, HEAT Grenades, Bolster for Royal Engineers

- Valentine: new upgrade, "ROQF 75 mm gun" decreases reload time
- Centaur: new upgrade, "Rolls-Royce Meteor V12 Engine" increases speed
- Cromwell IV: new upgrade, "Cromwell VII" increases armor

Wehrmacht:
- Volkssturm: Panzerfaust removed. AT riflegrenade now requires veterancy 1
- Osttruppen: Panzerfaust now requires veterancy 1

Soviet:
- T-34/85 'Red Banner: 'Ramming Maneuver' replaced with 'Mark Vehicle'

Global:
- The cost of many tech upgrades and structures tweaked for all factions (mostly Brits)
- Starter resources a bit more balanced between the factions

- Minor bugs fixed
- Small tweaks which are not worth it to mention :)

Global:
- All airdrops for teamweapons have reduced costs: from 270 manpower to 125 manpower and a little munitions.
- Artillery radar: The commanders do not require upgrades anymore. Building costs increased from 80/5 to 210/50.

AI:
- Uses less indirect fire
- Uses less recon planes
- Offmap smoke disabled

Bugs fixed:
- KV2 was not able to fire when decrewed while siege mode was active.
- Rear echelon rifle grenade used kar model.
- M4A3(76)'s smoke launcher fixed
- Transfer orders can no longer be applied on emplacements and stationary guns.

Code cleanup. This results in better compatibility with other mods, like CheatCommands Mod II.

Bug fixes:
- OKW AI will now setup their trucks correctly.
- Veterancy descriptions of the Lefh and the Tiger improved.
- The animation of Infantry sections with the Boys rifle is fixed, it has no longer a floating magazine.
