Tweaks and fixes:

Fallschirm Pioniere, Support Commandos & Airborne Engineers,
- Veterancy requirement greatly reduced from around 640/1280/2560 (3405/4256) to 480/960/1920 (2600/3150)

Mark Target / Mark Vehicle / Coordinated Fire rework,
- Coordinated Fire now also spawns a plane to follow the target
- The planes no longer provide vision, but will instead show the target in the fog of war; This fixes tracking moving targets
- The planes no longer use the long path (from opponent side), they use the safe path instead
- Mark Target cost reduced from 80 to 70 ammo

M-42,
- Canister range from 35 to 40

Bug fixes,
- Early Warning Systems passive ability showed up in the Fortifications Doctrine when bought from the HQ
- Cheat Command Mod II spawned vanilla version of the WC51 with .50 cal
- Minimap icon for the kubel changed from halftrack to light vehicle
- Armored Vehicle Detection reverted to pre-commander revamp because the new tracking effect didn't work most tanks; cost reduction stays
- Descriptions and targeting UI for the Royal Engineer Recovery Squad call-in adjusted to better explain the flares functionality
- AI will build the Mortar & Bofors Emplacements a bit later
- USF and Soviet snipers had outdated stats: accuracy vs garrisons set to 100% and cannot camouflage for 10 seconds after firing
- M42 ammo toggle now has a proper reload animation; it has no effect on the duration
- Both the main gun and flamethrower of the Churchill Crocodile will listen to attack orders by default. The main gun will ignore manual orders against infantry and structures when Prioritize Vehicles is activated.

The other variant rarely worked and mostly caused confusion and frustration. Hold fire is added instead.
- Booby Trap and Scorch Earth can no longer stack with Concussive Trap
- All traps have new icons to not overlap when flares and any other trap are present at the same point
- USF attached medic did often not heal while supposed to
- Blitzkrieg Achievement fixed (call-in 50 Mechanized Assault Groups + 50 Mechanized Grenader Groups)

- AI now builds tier structures closer to the HQ to avoid pathing issues on some maps
- AT Satchel Charge sometimes did not throw at close range
- M21 Mortar Half-Track smoke barrage was not affected by veterancy bonuses

- Katyusha Creeping Barrage was not affected by veterancy bonuses
- Vehicles can now earn veterancy when crewed by Medics

General improvements:
- Adjusted most descriptions from team weapons and vehicles to be able to differentiate the units easier
- Added 'Prioritize Aircraft' to all AA units
- All vehicles and capture abilities are adjusted to one generic implementation which results in all vehicles being compatible with all capture abilities from all factions
- All spotters and gunners won't be visible inside the model anymore before buying upgrades/activating abilities; even after recrewing
- All sight modifiers are changed from a multiplier to a fixed addition; Multiple bonuses will still stack, but won't multiply eachother
- All grenades are moved from the entity to the squad to prevent the AI from using grenades with re-crewed teamweapons; Officer squads won't lose abilities by losing certain models
- Passive heal does not activate during retreat
- Anti-Tank Emplacements now show the fire cone.
- All AT weapon toggles have increased cooldown from 8 to 25 sec

- Sherman E8 White Phosphorous Shell did not show the effect on its target portrait
- 17 Pounder and Pak43 emplacements rotated to fire a flare and had no cooldown
- Caches have no longer collision with grenades
- All Soviet officers can now recrew tanks and team weapons

Several changes to the Allied Reinforcements ability:
- Units and chances tweaked; Opel Blitz, Ambulance and Universal Carrier are replaced;
Enjoy finding the new units :)
- The average value of units is now a bit higher and the min and max value are closer to average
- Cost changed from 900/170 to 800/190 mp/fuel
- 'Lend-Lease Act' and 'German Supplies' cost decreased from 120/25 to 80/25 ammo/fuel

Global:
- Captured vehicles and team weapons will not show abilities which you cannot unlock with your faction
- New icons and descriptions for strafes and loiters to provide better info about they do
- The large red circle on the minimap is now applied consistently for all loiters and a smaller version for overwatch artillery like Zeroing Artillery

OKW:
- Retreat Point upgrade, Cost from 250 to 200mp
- Sprint for Panzerfusilier cost decreased from 15 to 10 ammo
- Sight range for flares decreased from 50 to 30
- Fallschirmtruppe HQ,
Butterfly Bombs range from 85 to 100; Cost increased from 80 to 90 ammo
AT Butterfly Bombs upgrade cost from 100/10 to 50/10 mp/fuel

Wehr:
- Medic Bunker, Can now also spawn Pioneers for 25 ammo

- Brace removed from the 25pdr Howitzer Emplacement
- Counter Barrage for the 25pdr and mortar emplacements now require vet 1 instead of 4CP

Bugs fixed:
- AVRE projectile spawned from the hull instead of the turret
- KV-2 and Sexton cooldowns were tied to the entities instead of the squad
- The Sexton used two different shared cooldowns, which caused the no fire issue with the concentration barrage
- Fallschirmtruppe HQ sight is decreased from 50 to 40; Garrison now increases sight as the description already mentioned
- OKW Butterfly Bombs can no longer be targeted in HQ territory
- Kubel vet 5 did not suppress
- IR Halftrack searchlight now adds a fixed amount of vision instead of a multiplier; The +15 sight from the Command Panther no longer is multiplied to +35
- The Opel Blitz Munitions Truck did not affect several grenades
- AT riflegrenade for Panzerfusiliers was still available when the panzerschrecks were bought at the weapon racks
- The IR Scope upgrade for Assault Grenadiers did not increase detection range
- Some UKF and USF recon planes could not be killed
- UKF M5 did not get the recon ability as command vehicle
- Valentine could not move while smoke screen was active
- Recovery Sapper had the wrong symbol
- Veterancy of the UKF mortar emplacement did not affect the barrages
- USF Anti-Tank Artillery can now only apply the critical "Crew Dazed" on the Jagdtiger and can no longer be targeted in HQ territory
- Air Support can no longer be targeted in HQ territory
- Aid Station no longer heals units who are in combat, in hold or retreating
