Tank Crew Overhaul:
- Tank Crews have new unique symbols to distinguish them from Light Vehicle Crew
- All Rocket trucks now spawn with Tank Crew instead of Light Vehicle Crew
- Light Vehicle Crew popcap from 4 to 5
- Tank Crew popcap from 4 to 9
- Tanks which are not crewed by Tank Crew will get a +10% reload time and -5% accuracy penalty
- Rocket vehicles which are not crewed by tank Crew will get a +50% scatter penalty
AI, Vehicle crew should no longer walk away after decrewing a vehicle for repairs


Team Weapon Behavior Improvements:
- Formations improved for better spacing; this also fixes some soldiers running back and forth
- The delay between teardown and movement tweaked for smoother transitions
- Acceleration and deceleration consistently applied for all team weapons with wheels, several had both set to -1
- All team weapons have their movement and rotation speed adjusted based to the size and weight of the weapon
AI, Less squadtypes will prioritize capturing nearby abandoned team weapons

- Barricade and Dragon's Teeth could not be removed with Destroy Cover
- leIG had no visible setup bar

- Texts for abandoned vehicles and weapons standardized since most did not even match the required crew size

- British and OKW artillery officers had lower target size than intended
- Airlanding officer & Assault officer Heroic Charge used higher modifiers than intended
- Land Mattress added 30 slot items per barrage instead of 1
- British command tank upgrade kept forever checking what type the unit was instead of once
- Several descriptions improved / typos fixed

- Brew up criticals added to the Panzer IV Ausf F1, G and H, Panther Ausf A and Puma
- Brew up wrecks now have 30% more armor than standard wrecks and don't spawn sight blocking smoke anymore
- Brew up wrecks now properly transform into an visible wreck with explosion animation when destroyed
- Wrecks have 40% reduced received damage while being recovered by the Repair and Recovery Truck

- Various tank traps and sandbags had no or too low armor
- Kar Rifle Grenade for elite infantry used the wrong grenade spawn position ('marker')
- Removed leftovers from the old handbrake ability, causing some vehicles to ignore attack commands
- UKF M16 did not get the correct commander vehicle symbol when upgraded
- Wehrmacht Watchtower did not get increased received damage during construction
- OKW Anti-Vehicle Butterfly Bombs were visible before unlocked
- Soviet Mortar Pit, Light Anti-Tank Pit and USF Anti-Tank Position had a high chance to not get damage from hits due to the weapon having a larger target size than the pit
