- Added support for controller/gamepad: hold both bumpers and click left stick/right stick to scroll through targets, like mouse wheel or page up/page down

- Added support for controller/gamepad: right trigger to fire turrets when directly controlled (ignore any messages about turrets being out of ammo, it's a limitation at present)

- Corrected issue with projectile age not being passed when a client informs the server of a fixed weapon hit, preventing AOE from processing
