The mod will now actually look like it is for 1.12
Added the ability to disable white peaces.
Fixed AI production issues, such as producing only AA and not producing planes.
Fixed AI colony decisions to make more sense.
Fixed a bug when playing as the thirteen colonies/states where the loyalists would become your colony instead of your overlord's.
Modified AI for white peace.

Completely changed how colonies can be dismantled.
Fixed Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey to allow you to select almost all of their advisors, designers, and military staff.
Fixed Greece having a cripling stability deficit due to the leader debuff.
Changed one of Ethiopia's starting ideas.
Fixed a bug with civil war countries having their cosmetic tag removed.
Removed some of the more stupid names for a colony (Such as "American America" or "German Europe").
Fixed some bugs with the Thirteen Colonies/Thirteen States.
Added the ability to swap to the Thirteen Colonies/Thirteen States.
Fixed and modified congress a bit.
Fixed danzig being an international city
Added a new option to randomize country starts. Note that this will disable the formable nations available.

Changed some bonuses from the colonial focus tree:
The beginning will now instantly unlock on game start.
A True Empire, Uniting Force, Uniting The Wildlands, and Unity Through Religion now reduce cost instead of speed.
One Nation reduces both speed and cost now. Also fixed a typo that said 25% reduction instead of 15%.
To Conquer All will now also consider all territory controlled as non-core colonized territory for the purpose of the colonial focus tree.

Added a building snowball gamerule, where you can change how many buildings should be given to colonized land.
Giving up land through peace deals/events will now also give you claims on the territory.
Peace deals will now also affect faction members if you are the leader and agree to it.
Added Greece to the Old World start date.
Added Cuba, Yugoslavia, Switzerland, and Ethiopia in the Important Countries start date.
Removed Aussa from the Important Countries start date.
Removed Aussa starting divisions.
Removed debuffs from Ethiopia, Italy, and Switzerland.
Fixed political advisors and designers from Ethiopia, Italy, and Switzerland.
Fixed spelling for the formable nation.

Updated for 1.12.*

Changed how colonies are named to be more unique. No two colonies should share the same name.
Every country will now start with 4 research slots.
Fixed SS Colonizers not working.
Fixed national focuses not resetting for colonies.
Fixed being able to send peace deals to subjects
Fixed player stats being reset rarely due to creating colonies.
Changed description of creating colonies.

Changed peace deals to now fully shun puppets out of it.
Changed how peace deals work to be more consistant.
You now have 2 decisions for peace: to never surrender or to need unconditional surrender. Only the faction leader if you are in one can decide this.
Fixed some template and variable issues. This will also hopefully fix the cruiser issue some people report.

Added Ireland into the old world scenario
Fixed some wierd decision issues with integration
Fixed AI not making a navy
Added the ability to cancel capital changing
Added/Fixed more names for created colonies. Also changed "Spannish" to "Spanish"
Colonies should now have an actual leader portrait
Added highlights to colonies in colonial management, making it easier to know which puppet is which
Integrating as a formable will now also count towards the colonial focus tree
Added more nations to the all nations start date. Feedback for this would be appreciated
Fixed peace deals with puppets. They will now be sent to the puppet master.

Added a cost to reforming the formable nation in central europe if it was disbanded/collapsed
Fixed some important nations not producing troops
Fixed zara being unable to be integrated
Fixed a small decision bug that would happen on rare occasions
AI will now offer peace if they have taken all of your abroad states every 3 months

Added 3 more start dates.
Vanilla: no longer removes some of the more useless ones
The New World: every country not on north/south america are deleted from the game
The Old World: most countries that came to be after 1492 are now deleted from the game

Added more cosmetic tags for colonies
Added the ability to integrate through decisions
Added a test decision for white peacing off the continent. For now only players can use it
Fixed colonies getting cores of mainland
Added the escape shortcut to close the colonial focus menu
