- Fixed double "Lock" action showing on supported items if CodelockActionsAnywhere is off
- Improved interact points for MSP, MuchDecos, RaG_BaseItems and RaG_Cabin
- Don't access settings before they have been received on client (fixes sporadic NULL ptrs after login if close to a supported item)
