Minor release Agony 1.3.9i

Graphical/Immersion
- more freedom to adjust campaign map camera (smoother, closer and further)

Campaign Movement
- slightly increased campaign movement from previous decrease
- forced march catching up now possible at second turn
- forced march malus now also introduces increased fatigue debuff

Battle/Retreat changes
- greatly decreased speed of routing units
- greatly decreased defensive values of routing units
- the player has now 30 seconds left to take down yet engaged untis after all enemies routed
- after 30 seconds have passed, the battle will end automatically (to balance player and AI routing unit kills)

- more minor settlement variations (activated unused assets)
- reduced size of characters/ships on campaign map
- removed forced march visual effects

Campaign Movement
- reduced campaign movement, to be in line with increased campaign length
- more armed and naval forces will be on the map as it takes more time to move from A to B

Critical fix Agony 1.3.9e

various fixes
- rare post battle bug that could cause crash
- a lot of minor bugs that prevented Agony functions from terminating
- made sure that every of the ~4000 functions that are entered per turn are also terminated/exited gracefully

Rear Charge Friendly Casualties
- simulating friendly casualties when charging the rear line of engaged friendly infantry
- casualties are inflicted once per charge until disengaged
- casualty count depends on:
-- cavalry fatigue
-- cavarly numbers
-- cavarly type (chariots inflict most damage)
-- cavalry to friendly unit angle (up 30 degree matching angle will apply 100% casualties; least when charging front)
