Major Recruitment Changes
- AI factions get global recruitment (can recruit units across all of their provinces)
- all factions get shared recruitment (can recruit allied units in allied territory)
- Sparta has still unique faction mechanic of buildings that reduce shared recruitment cost and time
- Sparta can recruit shared units in own territory (does not need to move army into allied territory

AI Disband Feature
- AI will (slowly) disband low tier units if high tier units are available for recruitment

Replenishment (minor change)
- disabled replenishment in foreign territory while in encampment stance
-- encampment stance can be used defensively in enemy territory
-- encampment stance can be used to continue replenishment while also defending choke points in owned territory
- combined post battle captive options for kill+replenish into "enslave"
-- removed replenishment (captives are not taken on into own army anymore)
-- added 20% increase in resource production for 4x turns in army province

Civil War / Regional Approval Mechanic
- visualizing existing faction home regions (used for rebellions and re-emerging factions) (~600 new faction icons)
- region population that supports foreign factions will now approve/disapprove regional leader/owner
- regional approval impacts happiness and influence (added to Agony)
- mechanic has increased impact in Homeric/Major faction home territory (more likely that homeric factions rebell against their captors)

Happiness / Public Order balance
- reduced impact of base Agony
- reduced impact of migration
- reduced impact of taxes

Regional Approval will now be one of the major factors for regional happiness and chance of rebellions.
Negative actions against conquered populations (war against home faction) will result in disapproval from local population.

Auto-Resolve overhaul
- reduced overall AI advantage vs player
- increased AI advantage when player attacks
- reduced effectiveness of ranged units
- decreased accuracy of outcome predictions
- overall increase of advantage when defending fortifications


CAI building priorities
- removed military building chains from minor settlements
- increased basic military building priorities in major settlements

- removed battle behavior changes from minor settlement battles
- fixed attribute groups for godlike units
- added formed attack toggle to all tower shield units and some elite units

Battle Changes
- archers having now a more realistic firing arc
-- they need more distance to fire over friendly units
-- their range gets reduced if firing at units with higher elevation
- melee charges now properly show animations when clashing

Siege Attrition
- siege attacker will now suffer attrition
- attrition is applied with varying degree based on the season and it's severity
