StrategAI
- when AI considers most wealthy neighbouring faction to attack, it will take into account other factions at war with the target and reduce the potential wealth accordingly
- it will become less likely that many factions will declare war at a wealthy faction at a similar time, as their potential wealth decreases with every war declaration

- reduced food production limit from 2000 to 1500 (excess food mechanic will be engaged earlier)

Excess Food (mid/late game mechanic)
- added (missing) food income limitation, similar to storage and corruption mechanics for other resources
- 2000 food per turn is the income cap
- every 500 food above the cap will move to a higher food excess tier (max 5)
- every excess food tier will provide positive and negative effects related to your population consuming more food than they should (e.g. +happiness but -movement speed)
- high excess food tiers will also provide extra gold and bronze income

Slinger Effect
- slinger are now reducing the morale of their target
- slinger will be effective to e.g. re-route returning enemy units
