-- forced march cannot be used for consecutive turns
-- the army remains tired for 1x turn after forced march
-- the default campaign movement range is reduced for 1x turn after forced march

- added spy network mechanic
-- depending on the distance to your territory, there is a chance that hidden enemy forces will be discovered by your spies if they left their home territory
-- the further from your regions, the lower the chance for discovery
-- a enemy army in forced march will have a much higher chance of getting discovered

Agony v0.1.0

- Agony changes (public order portion) can now be tracked in the Happiness panel of each settlement
>> you can therefore also keep track of the AI's Agony levels

- at Agony levels with positive bonuses, shielded units now gain the attribute to bandage wounds when out of combat

- at Agony levels with light negative "bonuses", all melee elite units now gain the "cause fear" attribute

- at Agony levels with strong negative "bonuses", all melee elite units now gain the "cause terror" attribute

- at Agony levels with very strong negative "bonuses", all melee units gain the "berserk" attribute

- slightly increased positive Agony gains from won battles

- differentiating now between forces abroad and forces in enemy territory *
