Fixes:
- Several fixes to code
- AI properly working
- Code to how weapons are applied
- Shipyard ownership fix (Thanks Akyla!)
Changes:
- Weapon tiers are now only 4, not 6
- Removed blue, purple weapon colors
- Removed Armor specialisation
- Removed hypermatter, plasma cells, starfighter parts and focus points
- Removed several species
- Removed Ecomenopolis Light planet class
- Removed foundry decision for special destricts
- Changed ruined ecomenopolis gfx to vanilla relic world
- Changed Taris to be pretty
