Update: Dec 23, 2023 @ 12:55am

Major Changes:
- Updated to 3.10.*
- Reworked the entire planetary habitability sytem to a tiered system. Before every galaxy planet had a certain percent chance to be uninhabitable if the system was used. Now the new system has four tiers for planets. Tier 1 - Homeworlds & super important planets always spawn. Beyond that you can choose if you want the Tier II, Tier III & Tier IV planets as habitable as well.
- Reworked the enitre Species habitability & Planet System, essentially before we had 40ish Planet Classes, tied to 40ish habitability modifiers which also created a fair amount of lag. This is now reworked, we are back to the 10ish Planet Classes from Vanilla but use a special system to emulate the remaining Planets based on Real Space: New Frontiers as so called subclasses.
- Updated various Planet Backgrounds
- Updated all Canon maps, the Large Canon map is now the default choice.

New:
- Harain's Tiny Outliner fully integrated
- updated Klatooinian portraits (from Lotor)
- various newheroes with portraits and assets provided by Atreus, Walshicus, and PrattPratt
- Rahm Kota's unique Venator (unique model) added on Rebel Alliance formation; this happens regardless if you have Kota as one of your leaders or not

Fixes:
- Multiplayer GUI fixed
- Female Geonosians no longer use Sullustans as their portrait
- Captured shipyards should now able to build ships
- Droid pops will now share the same species no matter who builds them
- Disabled toxoid species traits
- Fixed being able to do certain event choices without having required resources
- Jocasta Nu uses proper portrait by Atreus
- Mandalorian Civil War will now properly work on medium canon/sandbox maps
- Droid pops will now share the same species no matter what country builds them

Tweaks & Changes:
- Both Cathar and Trianii are now pre-ftls
- Juvex and Senex sectors are now merged into one sector
- Breha Organa takes her rightful place as Queen of Alderaan and is now the prescripted leader
- Bail added to Alderaan's hero roster
- Older starting civics updated and reworked
- Restored vanilla building limits
- Removed Dianth and the Red Ring of Vaale relic for time being
- Tapani and Chommel sectors now use Imperial clothing
- Adjustments made to potential spawn dates for Rebel/Imperial aligned heroes

This updated mainly served to rework older systems for better playability & performance as well as the long awaited 3.10.* update.
Since alot of systems were changed we would be very grateful for Feedback, especially about planets & performance
