Japan Changes:
- Hirohito no longer gives weekly Stability and War Support
- Japanese Takao Class Cruisers Focus removed
- Japanese/USA Island hopping mechanic changed from a flat war support and stability modifier to a weekly one. For example, instead of losing 10% stability and war support you lose .1% weekly. Instead of 20%, it's .5% weekly
- Japanese Focus for adding industry to China and Compliance removed, with the industry added back to China (technically a reversion of the changes made when we tried to make Player China viable)
- Attempts to Improve China AI has been made, to focus more on mills and less on building aircraft with those mills.

Other:
- Vichy can send volunteers with 10 divisions
- US/Can rubber focus removed,
- Italy can do harsh quotas and forced labor
- Invaders must die doesn't disable strat redeploying
- Invaders must die correctly disappears when the focus ends
