-Sound files were tweaked to hopefully reduce Db spikes, smoothing them out
-New graphics files brought in for tanks
-Cast armor and easy maintenance companies can now be researched in the factory tab
-English starting stockpile changed from 200 mediums and 100 heavies to 200 lights and 100 mediums
-Soviet Propaganda is bugfixed and returned to it's Vanilla condition
-Recon companies buffed to no longer decrease combat abilities (ie defense, breakthrough, hard attack, soft attack)
-Naval anti-air now re-added back into the artillery tree on the left side under AA
-Armored Cars are now fixed so their turrets don't inflate their recon value


Tank Changes:
-USA Light M2 tanks now can no longer use cast armor, but have had other modules allowed
-M18 turret choices are fixed to no longer be just the first light tank turret
-Tank Small Gun 1 had soft attack increased, hard attack decreased, ap decreased, and built cost increased
-Tank Medium Gun 2 ap increased
-Localization for the tank sharing decision between Tigers and Panthers clarified
-Soviet Penal Battalions were fixed, and spawn in size changes from 18 width to 20 width
-Manchukuo and Siam now use the Japanese tank tree
-Mexico and Brazil now use the US tank tree
-Ireland now uses the UK tank tree
-UK Crusader can now have it's armor upgraded after you finish the correct research
-All tanks should now require both a turret type and main armament to be counted as a legal tank template

Spain Bugfixes:
-Demand French North Africa is fixed
-Republican Spain no longer has cores on the entire world
-War Industry focus for Spain no longer is locked behind being fascist by that point. Switched to a requirement that Germany is at war with the Poland or it is 1940 before it can be used, so Spain can't rush it early
-Ensure Agricultural Self-sufficiency will now correctly remove any version of recovering from the civil war that exists.
-In order to prevent focus tree visual glitches, the republican Spain tree has been added in, but is physically blocked out
-Spanish Characters should now work correctly (namely Franco is returned as a field marshal)

Other:
-Naval refit yards spirit has had it's refit speed removed and repair speed buffed from 15 to 20%
-Mexican Superior Firepower Expert advisor reduced from 250 to 150 PP
-Railway build speed added to the Continuous Construction repeating focus
-Supply Hub construction speed added to the Continuous Construction repeating focus
-Railway build speed added to Captain of Industry
-More focus description localization added
-Operation Barbarossa now reduces compliance in each state in soviet controlled poland/lit/lat/est by 20
-Soviet Secure New Conquests focus changed from 100% compliance to 80%
-Baltic AI updates so it hopefully doesn't start civil wars or make Finland Fascist
-Additional Armored Train level added
-French Victors of WW1 Conscription debuff increased from .01 to .015
-Coordination nerfed in all radio tech, moved a small amount to HQ tech instead

Spain has been given a slight-retooling to clear out old bugs and modernize their code. This includes:
-Correct 3D Models for Spain
-No more duplicate Fascist Tags
-Additional Focuses from Vanilla
-Can request North Africa from Vichy if joining the war
-Can get a claim on the UK (To help ensure Spain can only go to war with the allies and let them use the Coordinated Strike operation)
-3 Focuses brought over from the shared Falangist/Fascist path
-A focus for a research bonus for tanks, since NSB no longer makes this mandatory
-Spain will now be naturally non-aligned, and must flip to fascists via referendum if they want to join the war, needing 65% Fascist support to Abandon Neutrality
-Non-aligned will be for neutral spain, and Fascist for war spain (in general)
-Carlism debuff now is split into 2 sections instead of getting removed immediately on completing 'Foment a Carlist Split' with the 2nd part being removed on completing 'Fuse the Parties'
-Spanish National leaders are now closer to Vanilla, so you will start the Civil War with Sanjurjo, but then after 7days switch to the Military Junta before you complete the focus for Franco
-Franco focus reduced to 35 days from 70 to compensate the debuffs from the Junta as well as the extra focus added before being able to remove the carlist spirit
-Spanish Advisors and characters got overhauled and should now better match what SPA should have, including some additional Falangists and Carlists

Balance Changes:
-Line Artillery are now 2 combat width, up from 1 (Equipment and Supplies needed adjusted to compensate)
-Self Propelled Artillery are now 2 combat width, up from 1
-Tank Destroyers are now 2 combat width, up from 1
-Mongolian Soviet Advisors spirit tuned
-Soviet Propaganda: Death to Invaders now available in October of 42 instead of January of 44
-Soviets 'Road of Life' focus added from Vanilla
-Floating Harbors moved to 1942 instead of 1943
-Supply Hub Motorization tuned down slightly
-Flying Boats
-Naval targeting and Air Attack reduced, cost increased, Range buffed
-Flying Boats reworked to be in between Tactical Bombers and Strategic Bombers, where they have slightly higher targeting than Strats but lower than Tacs. Overall should put them as a long range scout plane and should trigger submarines to dive away from unescorted convoys.


Miscellaneous Bugfixes and changes:
-Naval Forts are now visible in the GUI, so you can tell when they are bombed
-Soviet Localization for Expanding Baku Petrochemicals and Soviet Characters fixed
-Heavy Self-Propelled AA added
-The Baltic States AI should now be fixed, locking them to their historical paths instead of joining factions or starting civil wars
-China no longer has the ability to give the Japanese concessions after Marco Polo Bridge Incident
-Soviets can only do their focuses to move Industry to the Urals after they are at war with Germany
-Some localization for focuses added for USA, MON, BUL, HUN

Solo AI Tweaks:
-BUL/GER/HUN/ITA/JAP/ROM/FIN/FRA have had their focuses scripted out until roughly the start of Barb and the start of the pacific war. This is not a full quality AI, but should allow for easier test builds.
-Germany should be able to kill Poland and France in good order, and will now make units
-Japan will win about half the time against China
-The Soviets and Axis now will send volunteers to the Spanish Civil War
-AI China will not spawn it's waves if Japan is AI
-Finland will peace out of the winter war as soon as it can
-Romania will always go Fascist, and Hungary will always go down the middle path

Initial Launch of TFB on NSB. Using the Vanilla soviet tree locked to the historical path, and the Vanilla Poland tree locked to the historical branch.

Artillery Tree has also been reworked in preparation for future Country-Specific tank trees, but for now an expanded generic one is used by all nations.

Numerous balance tweaks to try to align the new changes with TFB balance
