Tentative fix to Speed Loader not allowing soldiers to end their turn naturally (I couldn't confirm the bug on my end).
Speed Loader now shows a flyover when it triggers.

Bumped version to v2.1a

Bugfix update.

Fixed a bug that caused redscreens on game startup.
Regular soldiers can no longer equip Munitions Mount and Special Cannon Shells.
Restorative Mist now heals the MEC Trooper using it.
Fixed the bug that caused Kinetic Strike to play the wrong animation sometimes.
Fixed a bug where the SPARK you first acquire on Lost Towers is missing their heavy weapon.

New in this version: new Experimental Heavy Weapon: Heavy Strike Module.
New Experimental Powered Heavy Weapon: Powered Strike Module.

Both grant you the Heavy Strike ability, which works pretty much identically to SPARKs' Kinetic Strike, except without custom death animations.

Special Heavy Cannon Shells are now displayed on the SPARK's body. This can potentially impact performance on very weak PCs, so it can be disabled in the XComArtilleryCannon configuration file.

New Secondary Weapons: Munitions Mount and Advanced Munitions Mount, grant an Ammo Slot and all three types of currently available Special Heavy Cannon Shells. Can be built in Engineering once you complete Experimental Shells / Improved Shells proving grounds projects.

Tentative compatibility with Psionic MEC Troopers.

Removed squadsight damage penalty from Heavy Cannons' default firemode.

Fixed a bug where Heavy Cannons with weapon upgrades would not get upgraded to the next tier. This fix is not retroactive.
