Bumped version to 2.0. New in this version:

New primary weapons: Heavy Cannons (3 tiers)

New Proving Grounds projects: Experimental Heavy Cannon Shells -> Improved Heavy Cannon Shells.

Experimental Heavy Cannon Shells: grant HEAT Shells, HE Shells, Shrapnel Shells in infinite quantities. They can be carried in the Auxiliary Weapon slot, and they provide additional firemodes to Heavy Cannons.

Improved Heavy Cannon Shells: ugprade experimental shells to HEDP Shells, HESH Shells and Flechette Shells respectively, improving them in various ways.

Made some changes to EM Pulse so that it properly deals damage it's configured to do.

Added a missing entry for the Skirmisher MEC Trooper so that Arsenal perk is properly removed from their soldier class tree.

Adjusted Grenade Scatter values so that launching grenades via Ordnance Launcher has less scatter if the unit didn't move this turn.

Shredder Gun, Shredstorm Cannon and Plasma Blaster heavy weapons now have some proper knockback. This affects all three variations of each heavy weapon: regular soldier, SPARK BIT and SPARK Arm Cannon.

New experimental ammo: Sabot Rounds - remove squadsight penalties and bypass some of the enemies' natural Defense and Dodge.
