Ardent Mages' Pillars gold cost varies if ELCP is on: on vanilla uses the game speed multiplier, on ELCP each pillar has a fixed multiplier instead.

- Empire Plan cost reduction was not working, fixed and lowered to 10% per difficulty.

- A bit less scaling on ELCP variables.

- A bit less unit percent exp on hard and serious.

- Rebuilt the Game Difficulty xml so values are not computed dinamically. (Hopefully this alone stops the guaranteed desync on multiplayer)

- Cleaned some unused configuration items, not a bid deal but will collide less with other mods.

- Added some ELCP compatibility: Node cost reduction (Mykara), Village conversion reduction (Cultists)

- Fixed reduced mercenaries/heroes cost on marketplace for ELCP: it uses another variable and disables the old one, so I added both.
