Update 3.5.3
The Base Structures Rework Update

Introducing a new rework for TAPs! Base structures are now being reworked to now be different depending on what you specialize in. This update also solves our issue of the original buildings reaching their max unit production cap of 24, which will help us in our future plans to bring in the new 4th Specializations for factions!

This update currently includes a new system for Ostheer and Soviets, where pre-placed structures will be readily built once you select your specialization, costing their original construction resources to unlock, similar to a hybrid of USF and UK's base buildings and teching.

It is planned that the US, the UK and OKW will get their own share of reworks in the near-future.

A small treat for those enjoying the current event.
With only half a week left until the event ends, alongside optimization attempts, also get a chance to face against one of Phoenix Project's newest abominations, which will make an exclusive appearance in one of the two new waves added to the event!

As the war raged and the tide seemed ever on the brink of collapse, Britain turned to powers older than the Empire itself. - British AI -should- now be able to upgrade their Forward HQs with medics.

- Fixed missing health bonus from Anvil upgrade for most British vehicles.
- Fixed missing Achilles not being affected by Anvil and Hammer upgrades.
- Fixed UI typo for Churchill Super AVRE deploy ability.
- Reduced the amount of Sapper Squads the AI spams.

US Army
- Vulcan Minigun Team now has the ‘Hold Fire’ ability.
- Removed leftover experimental Sherman unit from HQ.
- Fixed AI Warbonds munitions drop not being able to be picked up.
- FIxed Vulcan Minigun Team ‘Wind Up!’ ability speed bug.
- Increased received accuracy penalty on Vulcan Minigun Team ‘Wind Up!’ ability. [15% > 35%]

Soviet Army
- Attempted another fix at preventing Armored Rush AI from spamming GAZ units.
- Fixed the Soviet AI choosing a specific specialization instead of a random specialization.
- Fixed ROTP Sniper being always able to one-shot sniper-resistant units.

Axis Forces

Ostheer
- AI-controlled Bergetigers will now recognize the repair ability and can repair other vehicles.
- Fixed Pk. Guardian Protocol not granting the proper structure damage resistance.

OKW
- Fixed Necromancer not summoning the retreatable Gen.1 Soldaten with the Cognitive Preservation upgrade.
- Fixed Jagdtiger engine improvements not actually providing any buffs (Vanilla file was empty for some reason)

General/Cross-Army Changes
- Pantherturms and Waffenfabrik Pantherturms now have ‘Prioritize Vehicles’ ability.
- Select AI Structures and Emplacements now have a chance to brace themselves when needed.
- Added several new abilities to be recognized and used by the AI.
- Updated Improved Fortifications description.
- Decreased specialization teching time for British to match with other factions’ speed. [45 > 30]
- Decreased chance of AI building Logistics Officers.
