Because of some jankiness here and there, I would reccomend the Infernum multiplayer patch if you do play multiplayer.

Loading all the mods for the first time may result in a crash,
You can ignore this and start the game again. It'll be fine
If host/other players experience a bit of lag, Just remake the server or tell the player to rejoin the server. Will fix!
