6/7/24 - The items all have required mods and DLCs, but I'll get some nicer screenshots soon :D

Since most of these roads feature bike, tram, or trolleybus lanes, you'll need the After Dark, Snowfall, and potentially Sunset Harbor DLCs. Additionally, some of the props that I used came with the Parks & Plazas DLC (and maybe Parklife/Campus too, I don't remember :P).
