Mod Description
Just a small "downtown" district of the city, 435m x 355m, roughly 4 x 5 grid layout. Each block has multiple building's with interiors, most are detailed except for the larger buildings like apartments or the hospital to help save some frames. I've added lots of warehouses throughout the city to be used for distilleries, speakeasies, casinos, ext. Designed for both PVE & PVP scenarios, you can find many weapons scattered throughout the city.

When placing its easiest to use the manholes / sewers to find correct height placement.

NOTE: This comp used Death Zone objects, quote from that mods homepage "I had not optimized all models fully yet so some might pose a larger FPS drop risk." That's the main reason this "city" is just a small district, yet despite this I feel like most people will still have issues. The grid layout of this map should help with reducing or expanding the overall size as needed.

Questions & Answers
Q: Why isn't this "mod" showing in the launcher/ how to spawn it?
A: This isn't a "mod", its just a composition, and wont show in your launcher. You'll find this composition in the editor, once there you need to press the groups key or F2 then click on the composition icon. last pic in the slideshow above will show were that is.

Q: Why not make this into a map?
A: I see my compositions just as tools to help bring more life to scenarios and maps, but can be used however you wish. therefor making it a composition makes it easier for scenario/ map makers to use/ modify these as desired. that all said, i have no issues with anyone adding any of my compositions to any maps in any way, do with them as you please. (that said, if you've played on the death zone map you know that its not really viable with this comp until its assets become stable to use)

Q: Why is it spawning all broken up?
A: You need to click off Vertical Mode & Surface Snapping before spawning any comp, last pic above shows were to find it.

Q: Where can i find the death zone object if i wish to expand this?

Q: Are all these mods really needed?
A: Everything is necessary with the exception of Cptice Objects, the only assets used from that mod are the street cars and a few small items here and there. Without the street cars if you with to remove the tram lines/ rails also, you can easily find then all in a separate folder in the entities tab. see last pic to see were it is located.

Known Bugs & Issues
- Possible FPS issues, see note in description for more info
- Some shadows are incomplete or non existent
- None of the death zone objects have been scaled so a few will look a bit small up close but unless you go looking for them it's not really enough to worry about
- I'm not thrilled with how the street cars turned out, so i have given them their own folder in the entities tab to make it easier to delete or adjust if wanted
- Ship flags reset to white when spawned, just double click on them and you'll see an option to change them back to the US flag
- Hospital unfinished, still missing collision is some areas though mostly okay

wow almost 2 years later, not once did steam notify be about any of your messages. to try to answer everyones questions. im not makin this a map as i dont know how and dont feel like takin the time to learn as its all changing in arma 4 anyways, but if some knows how and would like to they have my permission and any help i can offer. also, i will have a new LITE version comin out soon with all the extra stuff relating to the men of sin removed which will greatly help with the frames (should have done it sooner but i completely forgot i did that) a scenario not a prob but i doubt u still need one. and as for pic 4, the idea was escaped mental hospital patient and the guys sent to get him

@David Killmour no plans to do so anytime in the near future, but as stated in the q&a above i have no problem with someone elce turning it into a map or using it in one. i just don't see it worth the time myself do to the fps issues with certain death zone objects. leaving it as a comp just makes it easier for anyone to remove the objects that aren't needed for their scenario
