CIA Spooks styled after the 1960s/70s, features agents in plain clothes and some agents in camouflage and one disguised as a VC. Enjoy.

Correct, spook in this context is slang for an intelligence agent. It being a slur doesn't pass the "common-sense" test, seeing as its entirely random whether one of these agents spawns as black or white.
