Vanilla Brewing Expanded - Coffee and Tea is another sub-module to the new Vanilla Cuisine Expanded mod series. This particular mod introduces 8 new types of coffee and 9 new types of tea, with ties in to other Vanilla Cuisine Expanded mods, with each coffee and tea granting unique effects!

From regular lattes and pumpkin spiced coffee, to kombucha and cannibal coffee, this mod has something for everyone, and will surely help your pawns warm up in the cold winter evenings!

With Vanilla Plants Expanded you will gain access to Lemons, and Vanilla Cooking Expanded will allow you to farm mint - a new condiment boosting social impact!

Vanilla Brewing Expanded - Tea and Coffee mechanics can be seen described below:

There shouldn’t be any incompatibilities or issues, but in case anything pops up, report issues in the Google form.

For simplicity, these teas don't have caffeine

Out of curiosity, why do none of the teas have the chemical type of caffeine? I would have thought that at least the Black Tea or Early Grey Tea would be usable for caffeine dependency, but my colony full of crashing out pawns would indicate otherwise. lol

Is a Lifter supposed to be able to work an espresso machine? Because one of my lifters is working the espresso machine.

I mean they've got their honey in Medieval 2

Could you possibly make a patch to incorporate this mod?

Seems like a missed opportunity to me for some honey lemon tea.

v4.04:

Updated recipes to accept Night Milk from Alpha Animals, and Bee Milk from Alpha Bees

Oh, you know what, you are right, I just forgot to patch it!

Oh. I was asking on the wrong thread. The reason I was asking questions on the other brewing expanded mod is that the recipes for latte coffee and black tea allow for gow milk and blue milk in addition to normal milk, but they don't allow for night milk. I would have assumed that if some Alpha milks are okay in coffee, they all are, but maybe night milk is gross or something?

Hey!
Is there any possibility of you adding a fueled version of the espresso mashine or maybe some other way to brew the coffees/tea without electricity?

The base coffee/tea can be made at a fueled stove, but not the ones from this module, which is kinda sad as it prevents using them in a medieval/neolithic run... Even though especially those runs need every little advantage they can get

Is it possible to schedule colonists to drink one coffee a day, regardless of type? If I schedule 5 different coffees to "once every 5 days", then they'll just chug all 5 on the same day
