Not working since the last DLC update? Make sure Steam downloaded the latest version properly (look in sidebar of mod options). If not, unsubscribe then resubscribe. If Steam still doesn't download the correct version, try changing "Download Region" in Steam settings, then unsubscribe and resubscribe again.

@jonathanschutz I mentioned what one can do to check things. The main use of Broken Nodes Detector is detecting broken nodes (pedestrian/bike paths), they can break with and without mods, doesn't matter, so use that mod and fix everything it finds.
In CS1, service buildings are sending/receiving requests and they are handled by priority, when request cannot be handled because there is no path, priority is bumped after a while and other buildings will try to send their vehicles, so more and more buildings of certain service type will try to serve the request. You know the rest.

I have read other players talking about service cars disapearing/fluctuating between 1 and 0,
I got the same problem,

Im new to the game, and started using mods yesterday and I have read quite a lot to select ones that ara compatible, I also have de Skyve (altough I need to run it separtely, because I run CS1 on Ubuntu, I still don't know how to run it in game.
But I need to understand what causes the service cars to oscilate between one and zero and have them to spawn correctly, sometimes they do, others they don't, i have built more landfills and cemiteries, but eventually they stop spawaning or get stuck.
Also i noticed that when I create a elevated walk path to cross roads, the services cars sometimes appear on it.

Are you trying to let straight-on lanes from one direction of a T intersection continue without waiting for traffic from the left (assuming RHD)? You can use timed traffic lights for this.

I installed the mod but literally nothing shows up, tried removing all my other mods, tried deinstalling and reinstalling Harmony mod as well, nothing.

It's not even in the option menu.

@AD0R3YY it sounds like you are trying to force vehicles to use certain routes and now they can't reach destination, most likely because of wrong lane connections - you can test it by disabling lane connector feature at Mainenance tab in the mod option after loading savegame. If they start spawning then it means there must be a wrong lane connection (or missing) somewhere on their route.
Alternatively use Broken Nodes Detector mod. There's a tool for checking where vehicles wanna go but failing (despawning).

City services do not work for me anymore. They aren't spawning and are fluctuating between 0 and 1 car(s). The mod might be broken again. (I have clear driving paths as well too)
