Something I feel I've been forgetting a lot recently is that like, being silent can be just as much of a release as speaking up for yourself. If you need time to process your story before telling it, take as much time as you need. Don't be afraid to slow down and ask yourself, "What's going on?". But like, even so, your story is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unique. Don't be afraid to tell it.
