crashes occur after fast traveling, it sucks but just don't fast travel if you experience crashing

Ran fine for the first 4 hours now it crashes after 2 minutes of gameplay without fail. No matter where I am or what I'm doing it'll crash after roughly 2 minutes of loading in. Don't buy this game until they address and patch the horrendous PC optimization.
