This is a beautiful, gigantic, open game with sheer limitless stuff to do and find.
I used to play Terraria, and love the crab out of that, and Starbound is the logical step up. A huge universe to explore, with loads of different planets, lifeforms, materials and items. This game is in 2D what No Man's Sky tried to be in 3D.
I can hardly put into words how much I love this game and how much I recommend anyone who likes Terraria and similar games to give this one a go.
Oh, and the musical score is to die for. Two themes from the soundtrack literally made me cry, which hasn't happened in years.
