Tattered Songs

Sung unto me, a poet's palatial smithery,
an opus of menagerie, through refined tapestry.

In it I was told, of desolation's grafted unfold,
withered locks of gold, the undoing of a certain mold.
Herald of the foretold, to any young and old,
victims of unjust scold, those prone to lexical cold.

Sung unto I, a bard's forlorn outcry,
an aria of espy, a crescendo's alibi.

To it my senses were drawn, to a concern long forgone,
decrepit creation now bygone, dormant guilt buried and withdrawn.
Apathy's mutated spawn, a fatefully curated pawn,
mocking a belated dawn, yet battered and woebegone.

Thusly I sing unto thee, that life favors the moxie,
that fate demands a look-see, that your will adheres the key.

Shadow Queen

You are a Shadow Queen.
Thy presence serpentine.
Thy matrix un-realized; abstract and operose.
Thy chaste silence; begotten by morose.
Shadow Queen, weaver of tongues.
Embalmer of the worthy, reaper of tongues.
Revelator of melancholy, revealer of despair.
Herald of the foretold; the just and the unfair.
Shadow Queen, examiner of burning souls.
Abettor of the damned, deliverer of lost souls.
Thy grimoire's hymn; melody of a nightingale.
Thy smile's grim, yet it gleams through thy veil.
Shadow Queen, puppeteer of silhouettes.
Thy dance of death; a killer pirouette.
My beseechingness, O' Shadow Queen!
Thy gaze has rendered mine mind hyaline.
Entranced by thy grace, O' mistress of the seven!
Enchanted by thy valor; I shall move earth and heaven.

This person is the greatest blessing there could be on the inter-webs. If they choose to associate with you, you will grow into something so great and strong you'll hardly recognize yourself by the end of it. It may hurt, but that's just their way of showing love. Make sure you treat them well
