Don't let the beta cuck soy-boys who did a negative review because of queue times steer you away. This MMO rocks dude. It's like they took all the good parts of WoW and RS3 and put them in a game with not as much tedious bs. New World really cured my video game burnout.

Some people use this as an actual substitute for a social life.

I use it to play pool as Brian Griffin from the hit animated comedy Family Guy.

Do what you want but be prepared to see some things that are outside your perspective of what you think is "normal."

Scratches my gamer itch perfectly. Mass exploration, challenging but fair combat, huge crafting system, easy on the eye art style, and a great co-op experience. Still in early access with an amazing active dev team. Also Valheim jumping gives Skyrim Horses a run for their money when it comes to scaling mountains.

Is it anything absolutely mind blowing? Well no unless you have a NASA quality PC. The game has kept me entertained because I have 100 hours on it. Do I recommend it? I say yes, but only if you have a high end computer. The game play is similar to Saints Row but has RPG elements to it. The combat feels a bit clunky unless you hyper focus a specific build to just one shot every enemy. I'm not to good at these review things, but I want to have a positive review out there for it.
