UNDERTALE was a wild, emotional trip. DELTARUNE is the sequel that hacks your expectations, throws your soul in the washing machine, and still makes you want to hug everyone—except maybe Spamton.
This is the director’s cut of pixel RPGs: four chapters, more chaos, more memes, and enough emotional whiplash.

Gameplay:
Turn-based RPG meets bullet hell (yes, Touhou fans, your trauma is valid). Mom still calls you for dinner mid-boss fight. Now with a party system: Ralsei is the wholesome healer, Susie is your chaotic bestie with a bat, and Kris... well, Kris has developed a suspicious habit of soul removal. You can recruit Darkners to your castle for max wholesome vibes—or go full Snowgrave route and emotionally traumatize Noelle and yourself. Pro tip: That path hits different.
Combat is snappy, dodging is addictively tense, and every enemy is a potential meme.

Story:
Chapters 1–4 take you on a tour through school supply closets, neon-lit cyberspace, late-night cursed TV, and finally a church that’s definitely breaking several safety codes. The writing? Razor sharp. One minute you’re laughing at Queen’s memes, the next you’re pondering the nature of free will.
Susie is the chaotic disaster we all need, Ralsei is too pure for this universe, and Kris… has a complicated relationship with your soul. One ending, they say. Sure.
Expect plot twists, dark humor, deep lore, and moments that’ll stick with you forever.

Music:
Toby Fox does not miss. From “Attack of the Killer Queen” to “BIG SHOT,” the soundtrack alone is worth the download. Prepare to have these tracks haunt your playlists for years.

Chapters 3 & 4:
Tenna brings reality TV and existential dread into one deliciously deranged arc, and the Titan fight is pure spectacle. The plot thickens, the world grows, and the secrets only get juicier. Cliffhangers? Brutal. Still, I keep coming back for more.

Cons:
There’s only one: Waiting for Chapter 5. Send help.
2026 feels so far away.

Pro tips:
Explore the alternate routes. Stock up on tissues (tears guaranteed).
Spamton is not coming over for dinner.

Final verdict:
DELTARUNE is what happens when memes, anxiety, and actual heart get compiled into code. Buy it, play it, replay it, then go spiral through lore threads at 3AM.
If you’re still unsure, just play Chapter 2, meet Spamton, and try to forget about him. Spoiler: You won’t.
