I want to follow up on the customer complaint. Per our conversation we have to be aware of how the customer perceives us. You should be standing on the front porch unless you are actively ringing out the customer. When on the front porch you are to engage with the customer. This will definitely not be mistaken for lounging and being unwilling to help. As we went over, if you do not know the answer to a question the customer asks, then you can look in the zebra or ask a department associate. Just answering I do not know, is not the correct course of action. I also want to follow up on our conversation making sure we respect other people's personal space. Please remember and take into consideration that everyone has a different comfort level. :health: :medicon:
