Yo.
I ran Bill's face through faceapp and I was so impressed I touched it up and made a custom normal map. I think it looks pretty good aye? Kinda looks like he is in his 40s-50s.
Idea shamelessly stolen from Pirangunter21

Works with reskins and remodels that don't change Bill's face texture.
