2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar
1/2 xícara (chá) de margarina
3 ovos
1 pitada de sal
1 xícara de leite
1 colher (sopa) de fermento químico
3 colheres de chocolate
> Modo de preparo
Peneire a farinha em uma vasilha e reserve.
Separe as gemas e bata com o açúcar e a margarina, acrescente na farinha e trigo, mexendo sempre, coloque o leite sempre batendo.
Bata as claras em neve, bem firme e coloque o fermento e acrescente a massa.
Bata mais um pouco.
Untar a forma redonda e esfarinhar.
Coloque mais de metade da massa, o restante coloca o chocolate misture bem e acrescente sobre a massa branca, mexer com um garfo, delicado, para mesclar.
Assar em forno médio, 180º C, por aproximadamente 30 a 40 minutos.
