I originally gave this game a strong 7/10 day 1. Now, almost 3 years later it became one of my all time favourite games sitting at a 9.5/10, and yes while it still has some bugs what they managed to achieve in this game is something even the greatest don't manage to achieve.

The world never felt more alive now with 2.0 and it's changes, gunplay remained solid, driving improved slightly, perks now matter a lot more, item tiers completely changed gameplay.

But the king of everything remains the story, pardon me, stories in this game. The main story was already strong as all ♥♥♥♥, Phantom Liberty comes in and blows it out of the park.
The endings Phantom Liberty brings in are both bittersweet and solidifies the main story ones even more.
I won't even go into detail regarding the main stories themselves due to spoilers, just know they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brilliant.

CDPR just keep on proving themselves, can't wait to play what they make next, my trust in them was in the waters around launch but... call me naive, after what they proved with this game, I trust them even more, granted I didn't have many problems day 1 :P
