Early Access Review
Not sure whether the hunts or hearing your friends choking into dead is more scary.

Great game, yet... there should be a way to live in the same house as your friends. But oh well.

Oh call of duty... where do we start...

So let's be clear here. This game has it's flaws but damn.... It's actually really good. Server isues, 12 year old screamers and the 'Lets waist 60 euros on a game to hack on' people aside... The game runs kinda smooth, hit reg is a bit wanky from time to time, but the HQ really makes up for alot. It actually makes randoms do things together. Ofcourse, the raids haven't been happening yet but the 1v1 arena is a good start.

My first cod was cod1, my last ones were MW3/BO1 (whichever came last), the future, it just wasn't for me. But this game actually does bring back that old COD feeling. No it isn't Cod4, no it isn't MW2 but it sure is a really good game which should be in the top 5 if not top 3 for best cod of all time. It's early to call it.. I know. But I can just feel the potential the game has, and hopefully will use.

You won't buy this game for the story, since it took me only 6 hours on normal whilst not even rushing it. But you'll buy this for the 'new' multiplayer aspects that COD didn't have up to this point. Don't get me wrong, the story is really well put together but things like Germans on Ohama beach using PPSHs? That's just weird and stupid. I'd say the game is a 7.5/10 but that's personal.

Hopefully the future, will stay in the future.

A big improvement from the previous Sniper Elite. The maps are way more challenging and much larger, the AI acts like AI should act and doesn't just walk in continious circles all the time. The slow-motion shots are way, way more grose than in the previous game which is a nice thing.

Aslong as you're not a speedrunner you should experience that the story in this game is better than in SE3. I felt way more "into it" whilst playing it for the first time and after finishing it I must say, the ending was a bit underwhelming. But hey who am I to judge.

Anyhow, the game is worth buying and I'm certain co-op playing the campain is even more fun, because solo it's already really challenging and makes you think about how to approach a certain area, where as I ran through every map just no scoping enemies, well, that's just not a smart idea here... maybe if you play on Cadet it is, but higher up, hell no.

Hopefully the upcoming DLC's don't suck, good DLC could make it a way more fun experience (don't let me down Rebellion).

Simply a cool and fun game to play with friends. It will challenge you alot but it pays of in the end. Make sure you're with 2/3 other friends before buying this though, public lobby's don't work really well.

So, after completing the story over 40 times (atleast), reaching lvl50 ingame and getting every single achievement on the game I can savely say that this game is probably the best follow up after Sniper Elite 2 that a gamer could've hoped for. Although the game has some issues of it's own, which haven't been fixed even though the game has been "live" for almost 2 years now. The controls are smooth and easy to understand and remember and the story gives you a good allround vision on where the story is leading to. I sincerely do think the ending was superb and interesting, since well let's be honest... no one expected the Ratte to be real right?

Also a plus was the co-op options for both co-op missions and campain itself, this makes for a very fun time with friends and ads to the game value. Although I do think the game is slightly overpriced at the moment (€45,99) I would say buy it if you can. But remember you need to have the season pass to have the full experience. Otherwise you'll struggle alot stealthing the game on higher difficulties. Beside that the season pass offers you extra missions and alot of new weapons. Which is totally worth it.

Well that's it I guess, I recommend this game for any lover of 3th person shooters with awesome bullet mechanics (slow-motion) and great overall gameplay & experience.

I'm sorry if my english isn't perfect, I'm not a native english speaker.
